ArtNight is a successful startup seated in the heart of Berlin. By now our team is 60 strong and together we’ve already accomplished a lot!
After taking part in the german version of “Shark Tank”, our ArtNights - creative experiences in bars and restaurants - spread all across Germany very quickly. Two years after founding ArtNight we are already established in over 70 cities in 5 countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK) and have created a community of over 300 artists.
Building on this success we analyze trends and thus create new entertainment brands. It’s our vision to form the leading entertainment company in Europe and bring people together through extraordinary events. In this mission we are supported by leading investors, for example Jägermeister, the founders of Trivago and more top investors.
In this new role, you will be part of the ArtNight Expansion team for the Netherlands, working closely with our Artist Operations Manager NL and other international teams based in Berlin and are co-responsible for the sales, content & organic marketing management of our Dutch audience. Your focus will be on organic demand marketing and collaborations, not on performance marketing. You will report to our Country Manager NL and / or ArtNight Co-founder.

You are an experienced (3+ years) marketing and communications manager, with skills in growth marketing, social media and PR
You are on a native speaker level in Dutch, should have good command of English and knowing basic German at least (able to translate from DE to NL)
Your are hands-on, and willing to take on ambitious goals and responsibilities from day one
You have experience in managing budgets and ideally some first leadership experience
You are a person who enjoys daily contact with collaboration partners and likes to close a good deal
Your rhetorical, grammar and writing skills in Dutch are good
You have friendly and very persuasive communication skills
You have an organized and detail-oriented work style
Additional professional experience in sales and account management would be great
Acquisition: increase brand awareness and generate traffic for artnight.nl by setting up the right collaborations and growth marketing strategies
Activation: help convert new ArtNight visitors into paying customers
Engagement: stimulate ArtNight event participants and website visitors to become and remain actively engaged with ArtNight (repurchasing and engaging with the brand)
Promote brand ambassadorship: stimulate ArtNight customers, partners and artists to spread the word about ArtNight and become real brand ambassadors
You will actively acquire new traffic and content partners and set up revenue generating collaborations
You manage Organic Social Media management: supported by our marketing intern you will manage the Dutch Facebook and Instagram accounts and potential other social media channels
You manage our PR outreach efforts both operationally as well as strategically
You lead our team in supporting marketing activities for other departments such as: writing texts for CRM newsletters, performance marketing ads, onsite and tech content and translating texts from German into Dutch
